Do you want to hide your tummy or a chubby belly in your swim suit?  There are many options for this.  Try a one piece suit with a solid color in the front over the belly area.  Don’t just think of hiding the tummy though.  You have to not only hide it, but also create a distraction or diversion that leads the attention away away from that area.

This one piece shows the sexy way to hide a tummy.  She is making use of other assets to deflect attention.  The bright white color along the side and back of the suit is the perfect example of bait and switch, as is the exposed back and bright pink belt around the back side.  you’d hardly notice a chubby belly in this suit.  Remember, conceal the area you want to minimize while simultaneously accentuating other positive aspects of your figure.  We found this utterly appealing one piece available at the online store out of Canada called Shop One Piece Swimsuits (it’s also known as Tropical Beach Fashion and Tropical Beach Swimwear).  They have really cute swimsuits to address various figure flaws.

Is your rear end flat as a board in a bathing suit?  As we age our bottoms go flat and while we don’t inspect ourselves in the mirror often the flat bottom is a problem.  It’s only when we start trying on swimsuits that we notice such flaws.

This Cia Maritima swim bottom has a solid ruffle across the top that can really help give an illusion of a bouncy bottom where there is none.  Another tip is to sides up slightly higher than at center and you will give yourself an extra little body lift.  This solid ruffle bottom is sold as a separate at Saks and comes in several colors.  A fun summer color with a bit of punch to it will also serve as a pick me up for the flat rear.

Do you have bigger thighs but still want to wear a bikini?  If you want to help hide larger thighs try a swimsuit bottom like this one.   It’s a Cia Maritima Swim suit bottom with side ties.   The modern twist to this classic swimsuit is the pretty side ties.  If you let them hang down they can cut into the larger thigh and make it look less obvious.

This swimsuit bottom is sold as a separate.  It’s seen for sale at Saks and its a Cia Maritima Swim.  This designer does have a second version of these bikini bottoms that is a far more moderate cut and provides more body coverage, but still has the cute side ties that hang down.  The darker color and interesting pattern should also help slenderize a larger thigh and bottom area.
