Sometimes you just are in a fiery fun mood and want to add a pop of color to your swimwear look. There is no better way to do this than to add one piece of red clothing to the mix. This can be a red swimsuit, a red tank top or cover up, or as shown here, red sweat pants. It’s a bright and fun look that can add pizzazz to your basic look.

Red sweat pants – a playful swimsuit cover up

Red mixes best with extremely neutral colors. Shown here are Juicy Couture velour original sweat pants in red slam. You can find more at Juicy Couture. These sweats are velour, but you can also find them in terry cloth, a material that I adore as well because it is cool and beach appropriate.

These red sweat pants are shown with the perfect little sandal in neutral beige. I am going to let you in on a serious style secret. Whenever you decide to go with a bright color, make sure it is only one bright thing in your overall outfit. This gives you the perfect pop. You are not going to want to pair a red piece of apparel with a brightly patterned purses, bathing suit, beach towel or beach bag. The idea is to go really plain and simple, then have only one pop of red.

These sweats are an adorable cover up for a simple black bikini top or white bikini top. A toned down white bikini top would look so great with these sweats. I love this little pop of color, and as long as it is paired with neutral colors, you are good to go. I personally prefer to wear only the sweat pants, or only the sweat jacket. Too much red all over is going to stand out too much so avoid wearing both pieces of the sweat suit at once. Stick to one red piece (sweat jacket or sweat pants) so you do not over do. Just be warned ladies, red is the color of sexual attraction! Therefore, keep it toned down and never overdo it with too much red.  A hint of playfulness is all that is needed. You can find these sweats shown at Juicy Couture store online.

Still searching for the photo source of this great picture.  This shows us how lightweight cotton or gauze pants can be a great beach cover up.  These pants are perfect for women who are trying to hide cellulite.

Hide cellulite, and even make cellulite look good

In fact, a pair of lightweight pants that are breezy and feminine can make cellulite sort of look … good!  Men love a little bit of jiggle and are not attracted to the uber skinny look as some women mistakenly think.  If your lower body has some jiggle or junk in the trunk that cannot be concealed by a swimsuit alone, try a pair of lightweight beach pants in easy breezy gauze or cotton.  These pants are going to conceal some flaws while at the same time creating maximum visual appeal for those super feminine parts that have a little big of a jiggle and shake to them.

Lightweight beach pants conceal lower body problem areas

Another way to conceal problematic legs is to pair this with a wedge heel sandal in a neutral color.  Adding a bit of height can have a slenderizing effect.  These pants are adorable as he yellow color pops and the navy blue picks up the color of the navy blue bandeau.  If you choose a bright or tropical beach pant be sure to cover it up with a simple color swimsuit top so that the patterns don’t overwhelm.  This subdued navy blue bandeau complements the pants wonderfully.

Self conscious about your legs showing in a swimsuit? Got for a look like this to cover flaws and keep the summer vibe going.  When wearing bright patterns keep the other aspects of your look simple and low-key.  This is a great inspiration photograph for girls seeking that ultra bohemian look. Hoping to track down the purchase source for this photograph soon.

Bohemian beach look

I’ve seen these fresh and inexpensive wide leg chiffon gauze pants for sale on several resale web sites including ebay, polyvore, and amazon. These fresh pants are less than fifteen bucks and they are just great for hiding big thighs in beach appropriate clothing. Couple with a bathing suit top and you are good to go.

Hide lower body issues with flowing chiffon beach pants

Women often think they have to wear a very unstylish plus size swimsuit and dread appearing beach or poolside if they are heavy or obese. They don’t realize that with a little bit of shopping and strategizing, they can hang out at the pool without feeling like a beached whale. These adorable wide leg trousers are a perfect example of something incredibly light weight to wear at the pool, that still hides certain body parts that can’t be hidden in just a bathing suit.

You may not want to go completely into the water with these beach pants on, but you can certainly sit at the pool with your legs in, and get the bottom of these quick drying chiffon pants wet. These are also great if you want to hide jiggle, cellulite or junk in the trunk when you are walking to the restroom, getting food, or partying at a poolside barbecue. You’ll feel summer appropriate, breezy, beautiful, and most of all secure in these.

Feminine flowing clothes are sexy

For women who have some meat on the bones, please realize that some jiggle can actually be mesmerizing to men! What’s is great about a casual beach pant like these is that they are flowing and feminine and that spells … sexy! If you are self-conscious about your lower body, you should definitely invest in a long beach pant for summer. Paired with cute summery thong sandals and a swimsuit top, you will look fantastic and feminine.
