I ran across this adorable hi low beach dress on Where to Get it, and the dress is by LuLus. Now hi low dresses are something that come in and out of style on the street. But when it comes to the beach, these dresses are always in style. Why? Because they are a great beachy look and work well as cover ups.

A hi low dress flatters any figure but this is particularly flattering for a petite women because the shorter front gives a lengthened look to the legs. Coupled with a wedge heel sandal in a neutral color this style will make you look longer legged, slimmer and taller.

This soft pink color is quite feminine and beach appropriate and her floral headband is the perfect Princess Bride match to the dress. You can find this dress for under fifty dollars at LuLus. It is just adorable. Note that the longer back of the dress does wonders for concealing a bottom that you don’t want on display. This is just a great cover up look for summer that flatters the figure and mesmerizes men all at the same time. Ran across a very cute retro swimwear boutique called Popina Swimear. Popina’s offerings include modest bathing suits, vintage inspired 1950’s swimsuits, one-piece bathing suits, retro bikini swimsuit tops, retro tankini swimsuits and flattering boy short bathing suit bottoms.

This classic red swimsuit is way more conservative than the classic Bay Watch swimsuit worn by Pamela Anderson, but surprisingly sexy just like that classic one piece. The cute top looks flattering on a flat chest or larger chest alike, and the leg line is conservative. 10 Tips to a Beautiful Summer Body

To make yourself look slimmer try darker solid colors in the areas that need shape control. In addition, go for brighter colors in your most attractive areas to draw attention to those.
Try mix and match bottoms and tops because this lets you choose a top and bottom that fits the best to each of the top and the bottom. It also lets you get more or less coverage and support depending on where you need it.
For a larger chest look for styles that have a good support band and halter ties rather than spaghetti strap shoulder ties
Avoid all over flow prints and get prints that have solid colors in at least some of the print
