Not into the glamour makeup and Hollywood summer style ala Kardashian? You don’t have to be gussied up to look incredible at the beach. Try the more relaxed, bohemian look if that is your cup of tea. Your plan should be to dump the pumps and slip on your favorite soft T-shirt and leather T-strap sandals. Natural beauty is always in style.

To sexy up the organic bohemian style, try tie knotting your loose T at the waist. Wear hair down, flowing and naturally messy. For bottoms, go for relaxed comfort like these thicker bikini bottoms, almost a boy-short look. This look is beautiful because it is relaxed, natural, and effortless. This is proof positive that a low-key style for the beach works. She’s her own person and exudes a relaxed self-confidence. Such a chic classic look that I (and men) really love!

These classic terry cloth lounge shorts are a do for summer beach fashion. A cute cover-up for shopping or walking on Venice Beach or in other beach/walk/shopping or boardwalk areas. These classic shorts are reminiscent of Charlie’s Angels, and styled with stretchy ribbed waistband with drawstring ties. There is crochet detailing at each bottom side of leg.

Terry cloth always feels great at the beach since it has a light-weight towel like feel to the fabric. These Free People shorts are 83% cotton and 17% polyester. I found them at the Free People boutique online. They were out of them unfortunately (out of stock), but the reviews were excellent, 4.5 stars out of 5. Maybe they will get re-stocked. They were available in ivory color as well. Cute!

10 Tips to a Beautiful Summer Body

To make yourself look slimmer try darker solid colors in the areas that need shape control. In addition, go for brighter colors in your most attractive areas to draw attention to those.
Try mix and match bottoms and tops because this lets you choose a top and bottom that fits the best to each of the top and the bottom. It also lets you get more or less coverage and support depending on where you need it.
For a larger chest look for styles that have a good support band and halter ties rather than spaghetti strap shoulder ties
Avoid all over flow prints and get prints that have solid colors in at least some of the print
Only buy tankinis if you can use the top to wear as sexy clothing since that makes a tankini more sensible and lets you pair it with shorts or a skirt cover up.
For a small chest try bandeau tops with bright detailing
Don't just hide a particular flaw and then think you're done, you must couple that with drawing attention to another more positive area of your body
For shorter legs try a monokini or scoop style bottoms that go up higher on the sides since that always elongates the legs
If you are overweight don't hide everything make sure to use your cleavage to your adavantage as that is sexy and draws attention away from weight issued areas
For a boyishly thin figure try exotic one piece suits with prints and cutouts. Cutouts always give the illusion of curves
For a thick waist try a solid cover in front but show some interesting bare back or interesting neckline to draw attention away from the belly
