The center ring and halter tie add cute action to the top which in a sense will deflect attention from a flatter chest. And, the gathering that the top does around the ring gives a nice bust enhancing effect. You’ll appear to be bigger than you are in this. If you see this suit from the back it has the rouching detailing on the behind. Right up the back seam of the bottoms it has gathering like it does with the halter top. This suit is so cute!

This bikini is so cute. A swimsuit like this works great for a woman with a small bust. First of all, the bright patch of color draws attention to the bottoms and diminishes the appearance of a small bust. The top also helps as it squeezes the bust area together and up giving extra cleavage. The adjustable bow tie also adds dimension to the top which would distract from being small chested. It is so cute and perfect for a woman who is petite on top. Love it!

This Dorit Metropolitan jungle halter top bikini with a coordinating belted bottom is so cute! It is sexy but at the same time the bottom has a fair amount of coverage. 10 Tips to a Beautiful Summer Body

To make yourself look slimmer try darker solid colors in the areas that need shape control. In addition, go for brighter colors in your most attractive areas to draw attention to those.
Try mix and match bottoms and tops because this lets you choose a top and bottom that fits the best to each of the top and the bottom. It also lets you get more or less coverage and support depending on where you need it.
For a larger chest look for styles that have a good support band and halter ties rather than spaghetti strap shoulder ties
