Another Maaji swimwear masterpiece. This swimsuit is so cute. The only caveat is to handle a boy-short such as this one you must be a very slender girl. This suit is definitely for the coming of age girl who is still with a boyish figure. Nevertheless the pretty print and the contrasting stiped trim is true to the Maaji style. So adorable for a slender girl!

Oh, I am such a sucker for a vitngae-y bathing suit, but couldn’t ever get into the thought of actually buying a vitngae swimsuit and wearing it. Some things just seem too…personal…you know?? Luckily, my mother saved two of her fave swimsuits from the early 70’s and they fit me perfectly. LOVE them.

10 Tips to a Beautiful Summer Body

To make yourself look slimmer try darker solid colors in the areas that need shape control. In addition, go for brighter colors in your most attractive areas to draw attention to those.
Try mix and match bottoms and tops because this lets you choose a top and bottom that fits the best to each of the top and the bottom. It also lets you get more or less coverage and support depending on where you need it.
For a larger chest look for styles that have a good support band and halter ties rather than spaghetti strap shoulder ties
Avoid all over flow prints and get prints that have solid colors in at least some of the print
Only buy tankinis if you can use the top to wear as sexy clothing since that makes a tankini more sensible and lets you pair it with shorts or a skirt cover up.
