Are you into your forties and wondering whether to try wearing a bikini still? Even if you have a fabulous figure, wearing a little bikini can be entirely unnerving when you are into your forties. An older woman just doesn’t have the same skin elastisity as her younger counterpart. Somehow, an older woman in a bikini can give an illusion of exposing a little bit too much skin.

This former supermodel Stephanie Seymour shows a great choice for covering some her body while still wearing a two piece in her forties. She chooses a simple crochet, lightweight scarf and ties it around her with a cute knot at top center. It is adorable, cute, and most importantly covers up her body from too much exposure. You can see that she can play along the beach with her kids and feel comfortable and adequately covered. She is certainly a beautiful lady with a great sense of style.

I love this coverup idea. Only a supermodel would come up with this, but you can see it just works. Next time you are wearing that bikini, cover up a bit with a lightweight crochet or lace scarf. Choose a neutral color and tie at the center. The toned down color of this scarf makes the perfect accessory for her navy blue swimsuit as it does not overwhelm the swimsuit. With a neutral toned scarf coverup like this you will have a great effortless look that is fresh, clean and just pretty. Even though she is wearing a one piece she has the same level of coverage as a two piece by adding the lace scarf. Nice sunglasses too.

Here is another attractive swimsuit from ASOS online. What I like about this swimsuit is that the interesting cutouts to the side can help make short legs look visually longer. The leggy look continues up through the waist with this styling of the swimsuit and this optical illusion really works!

Priced at 60 dollars this beautiful swimsuit from Asos features a halterneck style with a deep v-neck front. It has self-tie string fastenings for an adjustable fit. The cut out inserts to the sides help to visually elongate the legs. The cutouts also detract from any cellulite or skin flaws on the legs since it is a visual distraction. The plunge v-neck enhances a smaller size decolete. The back is a full flattering cut. I love the magenta purple color that pops yet slenderizes with the dark tone. Beautiful swimsuit, incredible style!

Asos online fashion store has some really cute swimsuits for sale. I found this ASOS mesh insert v neck swimsuit on their online store for a reasonable fifty dollars. This swimsuit is made from stretch swimsuit fabric, has a deep neckline, sheer mesh inserts, self-tie halter straps, an open back and a ful brief cut.

This style works wonderfully well for a woman with a flat brassiere size. Most petite on top women try to buy the wonder bra or miracle push up type swimming suits to enhance their look. Such an endeaver to look more developed can often fail as the padding winds up to look awkward and phony. If on the other hand, you can get out there and embrace the demure assets , your confidence and beauty will take a huge boost.

10 Tips to a Beautiful Summer Body

To make yourself look slimmer try darker solid colors in the areas that need shape control. In addition, go for brighter colors in your most attractive areas to draw attention to those.
Try mix and match bottoms and tops because this lets you choose a top and bottom that fits the best to each of the top and the bottom. It also lets you get more or less coverage and support depending on where you need it.
For a larger chest look for styles that have a good support band and halter ties rather than spaghetti strap shoulder ties
