This sandal feature a black fringe wedge, sandals, flat, and open-toe. Now you might wonder what these shoes are doing on a swimsuit website right? Well these sandals could be coupled with a swimsuit and casual shorts in certain summer-time event situations.

Have you ever heard of the famous Coachella concert held in Palm Springs every year? Tens of thousands of people from the Los Angeles area and all over flock down to Palm Springs for this sold-out fun filled festival concert. The concert goes on for an entire long weekend and is held outdoors. The event features dozens of famous bands all day and night. In the hot Palm Springs climate this is a total bikini and casual clothes combo situation. You might know about the recent trend that the younger women are wearing which is high waisted shorts. You see this shorts style at stores from Brandi Melville, Urban Outfitters to Forever 21 for the young crowd. Every one from Miley Cyrus to Jessica Simpson has been spotted in these high waisted so called mom jeans. Some thought the trend would be merely a flash in the pan but high waisted shorts still seem to be in style for certain fashion forward women who embrace the retro style.

Now guess what? This trend has actually found its way into the swimsuit world! I am not so sure I like the high waisted bikini bottoms but it is finding its place as a top swimsuit trends for 2013. 10 Tips to a Beautiful Summer Body

To make yourself look slimmer try darker solid colors in the areas that need shape control. In addition, go for brighter colors in your most attractive areas to draw attention to those.
Try mix and match bottoms and tops because this lets you choose a top and bottom that fits the best to each of the top and the bottom. It also lets you get more or less coverage and support depending on where you need it.
For a larger chest look for styles that have a good support band and halter ties rather than spaghetti strap shoulder ties
