I found this adorable swimsuit listed on the web site DHgate, which is a fast trading place for cute apparel and accessories. It was advertised as Newest Green/White Summer Sexy Women Bikini Swimwear Fringe Tassel Dolly Bandeau Top and Bottom Girl Lady Swimsuit Bathing Suit. Would you believe the price for this resale was less than twenty dollars? Now, that is a good deal! I’ve seen this same swimsuit style available from L*Space swimwear in a variety of color variations and styles. I just love L*Space. If you find an L*Space swimsuit on sale and it looks good on your figure then you should definitely because they are such a popular brand that the prices stay stable. It’s hard to find L*Space on sale. They do have sales, I recently bought an L*Space bikini bottom at Val Surf for less than 20 dollars but notice that was for just one piece.

Here is why L*Space is so great. These designers find ways to make swimsuits look flattering without having to wear itty bitty styles. What I love here 10 times more than the top is these scoop bottoms! Look at these bottoms. These are bottoms that do give you way more coverage than a string tie bikini bottom. In the right size these bottoms are going to fit well, look great and give coverage to a variety of figure types. They you’ve got the kicker with is those cute cutouts in the bottoms. Notice it is not too much skin but just enough peekaboo to give a sexy string bikini look. I love these peek-a-boo bottoms. You should check out L*Space for a variety of swimsuit bottoms with these adorable cutouts at the hips. This style has been copied by so many swimsuit designers as will. It’s a style available in many brands now because it’s cute and the bottoms flatter while giving enough coverage to women. I’ve bought these exact bottoms in black with the cutouts and they were from Pac Sun under the Pac Sun brand name.

There are certain swimsuits that are truly timeless. The black string bikini is definitely one of them. This swimsuit (I believe this is Kaley Cuoco – so gorgeous in this stunning photograph) graced the web as a popular free wallpaper for a reason. The model looks amazing and the style is totally timeless.

You don’t need a particular brand name designer to get this look. You’ll find a simple black string bikini at most bikini stores because it is a classic style. If you are trying to get that worn by celebrity look, going all black is tried and true. If you are slender, then any black swimsuit will do. You can get a similar look with a simple black maillot one piece. A black one piece will give you more coverage and still give you that timeless look if you want it.

Let a little bit of skin peek through

A tiny black bikini is going to look incredible on a beautiful woman, but be warned that too much black material covering the entire body takes away from the light and breezy summer feeling. If you are overweight, then there are certain tips to follow when it comes to all black. For a heavier figure you want a black swimsuit that has some cut-outs on it, or perhaps a lower cut back that shows your back, or maybe a good deep V-neck. The key is to avoid huge swaths of black swimsuit material. Even a little keyhole or lace up strings can break up an all black one piece. The reason is that an all black swimsuit on a larger woman, that covers the entire body, can sort of stand out as way too dark and depressing. It can look like you are trying to hide yourself and make you stand out even more. A black swimsuit looks best when you can see a little bit of skin too, even if it’s just a small keyhole or your back that is showing skin.

The key to wearing black and looking amazing in it no matter what your body size is, is to make sure there is some skin showing or maybe even a burst of color, on a larger body. Too much black cloth can be dreary. If you are looking at plus sizes, go for a black suit that shows your back, or has a nice V-neck design in the front. This gives you a break from all the black and flatters the figure. The key to a black swimsuit is finding one that really looks amazing and showcases a beautiful part of your figure, be it back, shoulders, or upper chest. As long as you find the right fit and style, a timeless black bikini or one-piece is always going to give you that chic, I am a celebrity look!

Juniors and young women can definitely ride the waves in these tiny nylon board shorts! Only Billabong comes up with ideas this surfer girl cute. You will receive a jolt of color and good coverage with these little shorts because they have an under layer of serape printed lycra.

Board shorts are in style for women

Granted these shorts are for the younger lady, however, I think they show some great figure flattering concepts. First of all, the black little short over the longer legging short is definitely slenderizing. You look like you are wearing hot pants with the black portion, but your leg is actually covered up with the spandex under layer.

Board shorts are definitely back in style, so if you find a classic pair of black board shorts to go with your bikini, definitely buy them. The greatest thing about board shorts is that they really are swimming suits. You can look totally normal splashing in to the water in these swim trunks without ever having to take them off. Billabong has brought the classic, hip and comfortable board short back into style this year.

The good news, is that girls with some problem areas can get away with out ever wearing bikini bottoms, but still look totally normal. Plus size skirts, skorts, boy short tankinis, wraps, and other swimsuit styles tend to “give away” the fact that you are trying to hide something about your figure. But just a basic bikini and a board short over it looks totally and completely normal and natural, while still working wonders for your figure by wriggling you out of having to actually wear the bikini bottom.

If you are shy about exposing your buttock, belly, hips or thighs a classic surfer style board short worn over your bikini will definitely hide these areas. Because a board short is actually a fast-drying swimsuit, you never have to take it off and can swim, etc, but look perfectly normal and as though you are not trying to hide anything. Classic board shorts are back in style big time, so try a pair as an alternative to a pareo, sarang, skirted swimsuit, or tankini short.

10 Tips to a Beautiful Summer Body

To make yourself look slimmer try darker solid colors in the areas that need shape control. In addition, go for brighter colors in your most attractive areas to draw attention to those.
Try mix and match bottoms and tops because this lets you choose a top and bottom that fits the best to each of the top and the bottom. It also lets you get more or less coverage and support depending on where you need it.
For a larger chest look for styles that have a good support band and halter ties rather than spaghetti strap shoulder ties
